L’Ue, solo sulla carta ex Europa, nella sostanza è fatta da: Tedeschi ( nazismo ), Francesi (Vichy-Petain ), Croazia ( Ustascia-Ante Pavelic ), Italia (Mussolini-leggi razziali ), Portogallo (Salazar ), Spagna ( Francisco Franco fino al 1976). Di Stati che hanno costretto all’emigrazione i suoi cittadini all’interno e all’estero. Di autarchia. Di polacchi emigrati in America come gli Irlandesi.
   Qui non si vende ai meridionali si scriveva sui portoni delle case a Milano, negli anni 60.
